Important: Song, lyric, and related media content available through Arulisai is owned by the respective creators and rights holders.
If you are a rights holder and believe material is used without proper authorization, contact us for prompt review and appropriate action.
4. Ads and Subscription Usage
Ads and subscription revenue are used to support ongoing app development, maintenance, infrastructure operations, server hosting, and CDN costs.
This does not transfer ownership of third-party song content to Arulisai.
5. Premium Features and Backup Service
Certain features, including cloud backup and sync of playlists, recent history, favourites, and selected preferences, may be available only to premium subscribers.
- Cloud backup/sync availability may depend on account status, subscription status, network connectivity, and third-party infrastructure availability.
- We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable backup/sync services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for keeping your account access secure to protect synced data.
6. Intellectual Property
The app’s software, branding, and original design elements are owned by the app publisher or licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Services
The app may rely on third-party platforms or tools (such as app stores, hosting, analytics, or payment/subscription infrastructure). Their separate terms and policies may apply.
